I’m Ksenia, a former scientist turned yoga teacher passionate about helping stressed-out scientists and academics find peace, balance, and a renewed love for their work.
I’ve walked the same path you’re on now. The long hours, the constant pressure to publish, the worry about short-term contracts or lack of funding, and the overwhelming stress that often comes with a scientific career. I know what it feels like to be trapped in a cycle of perfectionism and anxiety, questioning your passion and choices.
For the last few years of my scientific career, Yoga has been my sanctuary - a way to ease physical tension and manage stress, but also ultimately a path towards reconnecting with myself and rediscovering my purpose.
And I know Yoga can be all that - and more - for you too. I am here to help you navigate the pressures of academia, find harmony in your life and work and reclaim your curiosity and excitement that brought you to science in the first place.
Join me on your yoga mat for a weekly grounding, relaxing or energizing practice with a group of like-minded yoga students, or work on your specific goals in a 1:1 session, which can be fully tailored to your needs and circumstances.
I offer online workshops integrating yoga philosophy, tools and science to help you deal with your challenges and improve mental health outcomes. There is also a possibility to bring these workshops offline.
